The last evening of the year has its own rules: a good table, good wine and people you want to see midnight with. At Sztuczka we close the year the way we cook it: at the table, on produce in its season, with no stiff etiquette.
A dinner to close the year
New Year’s Eve at Sztuczka is first of all a dinner at a shared table, not a gala. Winter produce, a kitchen that comes out to the room and a pace that leaves time to talk. Stara Stocznia is a few steps from the Main Town: after dinner you walk straight out into the New Year’s night on the Motława. The exact menu and the flow of the evening will be announced closer to the date, once the winter menu is ready.
