Sebastian Klamka

He comes from Wolica near Kielce. He ended up in the kitchen by accident; he was supposed to be a waiter. Before Gdańsk, he cooked at Warsaw’s Michelin-starred Senses and at Belvedere in the Royal Łazienki Park, then spent three years in Copenhagen: at Geranium (three Michelin stars, the world’s best restaurant in 2022) and as head chef of Kokkeriet.

Questions before your visit

01When are you open?

Tuesday to Saturday, 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm (last kitchen orders at 10:00 pm). On Sundays we open for organised groups with advance booking.

02How do I book a table?

A table for up to 4 guests can be booked online. For a larger group, a business booking or a special event, call or write to us.

03How does the tasting menu work?

The tasting menu is served for the entire table, no later than one hour before the kitchen closes. There are four variants to choose from: Sztuczka, The Grand Sztuczka and their vegetarian versions, from PLN 340 to 490 per person.

04Is there a vegetarian version?

Yes. Sztuczka Vegetarian and The Grand Vegetarian Sztuczka are full tasting menus. Meat and fish dishes are replaced with vegetable ones.

05I have allergies or dietary restrictions. What should I do?

Let us know when booking. We will confirm whether we can safely adjust the menu to your needs.

06Do you add a service charge?

A 10% service charge is added to the tasting menu.
